Our beach house accommodation has two levels with the top level comprising open plan kitchen, dining, bathroom all leading on to a huge deck with pleasant views down to the waterfront. This level also has the perfect bar where tall tales and true can be discussed after a full day in the bay.
Downstairs there are four double bedrooms, master ensuite plus a lounge/sleeping area and another bathroom. Sleep 4 couples in the bedrooms and a couple of singles for kids in the lounge area.
Perfect for a large family or even two families. |

Paihia waterfront location makes this holiday beach house one of the best in the bay. It’s only a 5 minute flat walk to Paihia township and wharf which is the tourism hub of the Bay of Islands. The beach is across the road.
The big plus for this holiday home is that once ensconced you don’t have to drive anywhere – everything in Paihia is a few minutes level walk away!
In front of the house is Paihia’s best known seafood restaurant – Only Seafood – great location if you feel like dining out and don’t want to drive anywhere.
