Hotel Villa Betania are proud to welcome their guests to a totally reconstructed and modernized villa, completed in the Fall of 2006. The hotel had been closed almost a year during the reconstruction.
The important historic detail of the original architecture was carefully preserved, such as the typical Florentine charcoal hand-crafted walls, refurbished stone surfaces, and decorative arches.
The new family management is a blend of Italian hospitality and friendliness, Swiss cleanliness and reliability, and German organization and precision, all in the service of guest comfort and attention! The owners or employees can communicate in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish.

Driving
Free parking within the hotel's premises (which are closed at night) assures guests a high level of security. The Milano-Roma-Napoli superhighway is only a few minutes away as is the connecting road to Siena and San Gimignano. The city of Impruneta (citta' del Cotto) and the Chianti road are also close by.
Motorcycles
The historic city center is freely accessible to motorcycles (but restricted circulation for cars). Nevertheless, for many, parking a motorcycle at night on a public street can be problematic. So, the Hotel Villa Betania is the perfect site for motorcyclists: free and protected parking at night and freedom of movement during the day.
Breakfast
Both our Italian and international clients continue to appreciate the choice and quality of the products we serve and the good taste and attention we give to details. When you order coffee at the Hotel Villa Betania, you're served an authentic Italian espresso. We also prepare "American" or "German" coffee using the classic filter system. Our prosciutto ham is authentic prosciutto. Breads and pastries are delivered fresh every morning.

The Garden
In spring there are tulips and hyacinths. Roses bloom well into autumn, along with geraniums and petunias and brightly colored pansies that strive to survive winter. There are many other trees blooming in the hotel's vast park such as pear, fig and the unmistakable olive trees. All the plants are beautifully cared for and so rich and colorful, they're a treat for our guest-photographers.
The Terrace
Here you can enjoy a before-dinner drink feeling the gentle breeze or have breakfast early as the sun rises. Relax outside, sitting comfortably on iron wrought chairs, in the midst of colorful flowers and chirping birds. The terrace of the Hotel Villa Betania offers you complete peace and relaxation. |
