Dining:
The newly-renovated restaurant and bar at the Holland House is the Ocean Lounge Restaurant and Bar, Food and Beverage.
Robert van Herpen and Chef Ricardo Niels, both from Holland, guarantee an excellent breakfast, lunch or dinner experience.
Chef Ricardo works with local products from the Islands as well as fresh seafood and produce flown in twice weekly from Europe and the USA.
Lounge:
Whether you fancy a Cuban mojito or Sint Maarten Guavaberry colada, the bar staff will create any drink you like while you relax to Caribbean reggae or European lounge music...
Beach:
The Breeze Beach Boutique sells bathing suits, bikinis and lots of wellness products which you can take home as a gift to yourself or try out after a day on the beach. Have a chat with Esther and Ginger and let them give you some advice on the most soothing cream to use, after the hot sun.
The famous ICEMAN is your beach waiter. He’ll take care of your towels, drinks and of course a little snack from the finger food menu at times.
The hotel has a water-sport concession, on the beach, where you can rent a jet ski or a float to relax on. The fresh-water shower is available to Hotel guests only. |

The Hotel is located on Great Bay beach and offers 54 guest rooms and suites. The Hotel is also in the middle of the duty-free shopping area of Philipsburg with shops such as Cartier and Little Switzerland, Colombian emeralds and many electronic, clothing and local artefact shops.
When you check out the map you'll see that we are located in Philipsburg. The beach is therefore on Great Bay. Have a look on Google earth and you will see a big white-sand beach with blue umbrellas. Need some action? Just slip on the flip flops and take a short stroll. It's all within walking distance. |
