With its diverse offering of delicious sauces and specialties, Graziano’s World Famous Restaurant is regarded by more than a few persons as one of the finest Italian-American restaurants in the world. Proprietor Tony Graziano embraces the recipes he watched his mother and uncle prepare more than 65 years ago. Some he has left untouched, and others he improved upon with his special touches.
Enjoy lunch or dinner in the classic casual setting of Graziano’s. We feature daily specials in addition to our diverse menu. Famous for our Italian specialties, we also offer a fine selection of steaks, chops and seafood delicacies. All of our dishes use the finest ingredients, and unlike chain restaurants, our food is prepared fresh daily.
Graziano’s Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. For those times when you are “on the run” we offer a take-out menu, and provide curbside pickup. If you are feeding a large group at your home or business, our Banquet menu is just the ticket.

Canastota, Madison County, and all of Central New York offer multitudes of activities, historic attractions, and other points of interest. Just six blocks from Graziano’s Restaurant & Inn is a stretch of the historic Erie Canal, the fabled waterway that opened the west with availability of inexpensive freight through the wilderness in the early 1800s. Canastota developed first as a Canal Town. Canal Street still retains much of the canal-era flavor and the Canal Museum is open daily with hundreds of interesting and informative displays of a century ago. The railroad and the New York State Thruway also added to community growth, but Canastota has still retained its small-town flavor. Canastota gave the world the Biograph in 1895, forerunner of the motion picture industry, tire chains (from rope), and currently there are thriving factories for diverse products.
Nearby colleges and universities include Colgate University, Syracuse University, Hamilton College, Cazenovia College, SUNY IT at Utica, and SUNY at Morrisville.
For the fun lovers there is Turning Stone Casino, 8 miles east; Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake, and Vernon Downs with nighttime harness racing.
