We regret that we cannot accept telephone reservations. If you really need to talk to us,
please call (61) 2 9968 3422 - but note that we are NOT able to offer telephone advice or bookings.
Our software is 100% reliable so you can make instant reservations with confidence.
You enter your credit card number on a 'secure server' where details are encrypted;
or you can fax your details to the number provided on the reservations confirmation screen.
You will ALWAYS see a confirmation screen, summarising what you have booked and giving you a reference number.
And you will ALWAYS receive an email confirming your reservation, and advising you how to amend or cancel it.
The Cancellation Policy for each hotel is clearly indicated at the time you enter your credit card details.
For some hotels, your card will not be debited until you check in at the hotel. For other hotels,
payment will be collected at the time of booking.
